The Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme is a Telangana Government initiative aimed at empowering unemployed youth from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Backward Classes (BC), and Minorities by providing subsidized loans for self-employment. The application process for the scheme commenced on March 17, 2025.
Objectives of this scheme
- Provide financial assistance to youth for establishing their own businesses, thereby fostering entrepreneurship.
- Create self-employment opportunities for unemployed youth, contributing to the reduction of unemployment rates in the state
- Focus on uplifting youth from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST),
Backward Classes (BC), and Minority communities by providing them with the resources to start their own ventures.
- Offer loans up to ₹3 lakh with subsidies ranging from 60% to 80%, depending on the loan category, to make entrepreneurship more accessible.
Eligibility criteria for Rajiv yuva vikasam scheme apply online
Here is the minimum eligibility criteria for the scheme, So check if you are eligible to fill the form or not.
- Must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
- Age typically between 18 to 35 years (may vary slightly for certain courses).
- Minimum education is 10th pass, ITI, Diploma, or Degree (depends on the training program).
- Priority given to unemployed youth (not holding a government job).
- Preference for candidates from low-income families (BPL/EWS) in some cases.
- Some courses may require specific skills or higher qualifications (e.g., technical training).
- Must have a valid Aadhaar-linked mobile number for registration.

Now you will get the multiple option for the registration according to category. click the category in which you want to apply.
In our case we are filling form as a BC corporation, so click there. after clicking on it you can see the application form which you have to fill.
After filling all the details click on Go button, after that you will see other form with different details, you have to fill all these details as well.
